Dennis Tender currently serves as Vice President at DP Grow LLC. He has an extensive background in the financial services industry, having previously held the position of Vice President of Retail Distribution at Genworth Financial in Richmond, VA, and Managing Partner at New England Financial in Buffalo, NY. Throughout his career, Dennis has achieved significant recognition, being a past qualifier for both the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and the Presidents Club.
Dennis's professional involvement includes being a member of New England Financial's National Managing Partner Executive Committee and MetLife’s National Agency Distribution Group Advisory Committee. He also served on the Board of the Product Marketing Committee for GAMA International and is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Additionally, he is a past member of the American College Circle. Dennis's commitment to excellence and leadership in the industry is evident through his numerous roles and contributions.

Diana Murray is an accomplished executive in operations management with extensive experience in leadership and strategic direction. Currently, she serves as the General Manager of Operations at DP Colorado, where she leads mergers, manages day-to-day payroll operations, and develops strategic plans. Previously, Diana was the CEO/Vice President of Operations at ASAP Accounting & Payroll, Inc., for 12 years. There, she drove the company’s vision and growth, managed mid-level managers, provided HR guidance, and engaged in community and brand-building initiatives. Diana is recognized for her expertise in business solutions, staff management, and strategic relationships.
